How many developers do you have?
We have a lot of partner developers, all located in Europe. Most of them are located in Eastern Europe but we also have some located in Finland.
Do you only work remotely?
Yes, we believe that the talent shortage nowdays can easily be solved by utilizing talented professionals from all over Europe without having to deal with the hassle of preparing work permits and additional paperwork for the developers.
How is the developer's code quality?
We take our developer's code quality very seriously. We follow the highest of industry standards and we want our customers to feel the benefit of our service and we take concrete measures to avoid any quality issues along the way.
What programming languages do the developers master?
Considering we have a wide variety of developers and their expertise is different, we have the opportunity to accomodate to our client's needs quite quickly. The expertise includes but is not limited to: Java, PHP, C#, Node as well as popular front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, Nest etc.
Can you help with non-popular frameworks?
We try to help our clients with their needs and that sometimes includes non conventional frameworks. We have an open discussion with our clients and if we know we can help out, we lay out the plan for them so there are no surprises and the clients are happy.
Why should I choose Gloonity instead of my own dev team?
We believe that if you have your own development team and need additional help with the backlog, we can be of help. If you don't want to deal with recruiting your own dev team, then we provide senior developers and handle the whole development for you. Either way, we accomodate to your needs.
